Open Internet Explorer and go to:
https://mail.angelfireresort.com/owa

(this URL will also work from home and can be used to view and reply emails from home)


If you are using a resort computer (inside our network) you can also go to:

https://prometheus/owa/

(this URL only works inside our network, but it will be much more responsive / faster)


You will be prompted for your username and your password. These are your Windows user and password (also known as Network account). Example:

Username: adossantos

Password: mypassword


If this is your first time logging in to the web interface, you will be prompted to select a Timezone. Select MST (UTC -07:00) and click Continue.







Top-right corner will contain the ‘Options’ button, click on it and select “See All Options…”








On the new screen select “Edit”.







A new pop up with your information will be displayed. Click on “Contact Location” and “Contact Numbers” to display all fields available.














On the screen to the right, you will change the following fields:


Under the ‘Contact Location’ tab: “Office:” to your Job Title
Under the ‘Contact numbers’ tab: “Work Phone:” to your resort direct number. Use the format (575) 377-XXXX where XXXX is your extension or your department’s main number. If you do not have a direct phone number, type the resort 800 phone number: (800) 633-7463
“Fax:” to your resort Fax number. Use the format (575) 377-XXXX where XXXX is your fax extension or your department’s Fax number. If you or your department does not have a Fax number, leave this field blank.
“Mobile Phone:” to your resort Cell phone number. Use the format (XXX) XXX-XXXX If you do not have a resort Cell phone number, leave this field blank.

Save your settings by selecting the “Save” button.
Your auto email signature is all set up and ready to go!

* Make sure you do not have any personal signatures enabled in your Outlook. If you need assistance, please call IT help-line at ext. 4299.
** The Email Signature will not be displayed when you are writing an email. You can view your signature in your Sent Items or by sending yourself a test email.
